B.Sc Nursing / B.Pharm (Ay) is a national level entrance examination and candidates can apply online by visiting the official website of BHU bhu.ac.in/ims/. The national level entrance exam will have questions on Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology. IMS BHU offers 75 seats for B.Sc Nursing candidates in various categories (General-31, OBC (Non-creamy layer) -20, SC-11, ST-06, EWS-07).

About Banaras Hindu University

Application for B.Sc Nursing / B.Pharm (Ay) in IMS, BHU

The process of admission to B.Sc Nursing / B.Pharm (Ay) course is being resumed in Nursing College of Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU. There is going to be a golden opportunity for the candidates who were previously missed the chance to apply for B.Sc Nursing / B.Pharm (Ay). The portal will be reopened for admission to 162 seats in this paramedical course, under which candidates will be able to apply from September 10 to September 30.

For appearing in the entrance exam, candidates have to fill an application form. The application form is available on the official website. The application form is in online mode only. BHU will not accept applications submitted in any other mode. Candidates will have to successfully submit the application form by paying the application fee, otherwise, the candidature will be cancelled. Candidates must have a valid email ID to register themselves for the exam.

To apply for the exam, candidates must first ensure that he/she meets the eligibility criteria. Detailed eligibility criteria for the same are given below so that interested candidates can check the same.

Nationality: Should be an Indian.

Educational qualification: Intermediate / 10 + 2 or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks (for general candidates) in English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology from any recognised board/university.

All the candidates who have successfully registered before the last date of application will get the admit card for conducting the examination. Admit card will be available a few weeks after filling the form. Candidates will be sent the admit card on their registered email ID and candidates can take a print out of it. Candidates are required to carry the admit card with them at examination centre. Candidates are advised to report at the examination centre at least one hour before the commencement of the examination.

B.Sc Nursing / B.Pharm (Ay) Entrance Result

B.Sc Nursing / B.Pharm (Ay) Entrance Test result will be made available on the official website bhu.ac.in. All the candidates who have appeared in the examination will be able to check the result. The results will be available in PDF format, where candidates have to find their name in the list. Selection will be done on the basis of entrance test only. The list will have the names of all the eligible candidates, so the candidates can check their name in the list whether they have qualified the examination or not.
